Why LINE@ "Pro" plan requires Short-lived channel access tokens?

We know that long-lived channel access token can be issued at any time from the console if we use Line@ account. But I saw FAQ indicating that short-lived tokens are only required for users using a LINE@ "Pro" plan. (From here: https://developers.line.biz/en/faq/tags/channel-access-token/ )

In what condition we should use short-lived token instead of long-lived token when we use a LINE@ "Pro" plan account?

AFAIK, LINE wants to deprecate long-lived tokens for Pro accounts. In fact, it was supposed to be the case last summer. But too many people were not ready.

My advice, even for a dev account write your code with short-lived tokens in mind.
