Unnecessary step to translate a text

Issue/ Error Message details
When I want to translate a message from Chinese to English, I need to click (1) on the message, select translate, click (3), translation window pops up --> I need to click (3) again to translate.
Can this (last "click (3)" to translate) step be eliminated by atomatically translate to the last language selected?
It's a minor thing, but it's an unnecessary step which can be eliminated.
