無料メッセージ配信数をこえてないが、narrowcast APIからメッセージを送信できません

前提・実現したいこと

Trying to send message with narrowcast API with audience group Narrowcast APオーディエンスにメッセージを発信したい

発生している問題・エラーメッセージ

Narrowcast API says "You have reached your monthly limit" despite having free quota left. I still have about 150 free messages left and the audience group consists of only 5 UIDs so it shouldn't have gone over the limit. 無料メッセージ配信数をこえてないに関わらずNarrowcast APIから "You have reached your monthly limit" というエラーが出ました。 無料配信数がまだ150残っています。

試したこと

I have tried to push to the same audience with Line Official Account Manager and it successfully sent a test message. Line Official Account Managerで同じオーディエンスに無事メッセージを発信しました。
