I think the user had been set personal richmenu. Could you check it?
I have Line official account and my customer sent message to my Line official channel and then I set new rich menu to user and it return status 200 to me, after that I checked rich menu of this user by get richmenu of user api, It's still no rich menu.
I still can get profile of this user.
what is condition else make me cannot set richmenu of this user?
