Can I use 'LINE Login' for all 'messaging APIs' of multiple ‎LINE Official Account ?

• Can I use 'LINE Login' for all 'messaging APIs' of multiple ‎LINE Official Account ?

Example: I have two accounts 'Line account official', including: 'Line account official A' and 'Line account official B'.

• With 'Line account official A', there is: LINE Login A and Messaging API A
• With 'Line account official B', there is: LINE Login B and Messaging API B

Then, I use 'LINE Login A' to login and chat with 'Messaging API A', it still text normally, but 'Messaging API B' doesn't work?
