URL Scheme (oaMessage) not working when send to personal account

Hi Everyone,

I'm trying to use `https://line.me/R/oaMessage/@[LINE Id]/?[Text Message]` to send messages to LINE users.

I've created an official account and it works when i use personal account, it doesn't work! And app shows `User not found`.

Somebody can help on this?

Is seems only works for LINE Official Account.
