I know that line LINE Messaging API has 500 messages for free plan.

Is there limit message sending counts for LINE notify API?

According to the API Rate Limit section of this doc, the limit is 1000 per hour.

I wonder if it's unlimited per month including that we don't exceed 1000 per hour.

Sadly NO for now. Have to put limit coz company want to be sure you are not spammer etc...
