How can I trigger messaging API to access a photo?

Question

How can I trigger messaging API to access a photo taken/scanned by the user? 

the logic is to call action 'open camera', user confirms the prompt, camera opens up and takes a photo,  i want to access that photo taken for follow up actions.

You can do it via [Camera Action](https://developers.line.me/en/reference/messaging-api/#camera-action). But at this moment (30/08/2018) seem only available in quick reply buttons.

So the solution could be send a message to user with a [quickReply](https://developers.line.me/en/reference/messaging-api/#quick-reply) property
