Transition coversations from bot to human

Hey there.

I was wondering if there was an integration model for human agent engagement in the platform.

Is there some kind of handoff protocol if in the case bots are not able to carry on the conversation and needs human intervention?

I've looked through the documentation available on the site, but to no avail was I able to find information based on this. Unless, I'm not seeing it or skipping it. =/
