前提・実現したいこと

CLOVAを使って、chatbotと有人対応を両方利用したい

知りたいこと

SwitcherAPIを利用した有人対応は、公式アカウントのチャット画面等からでも可能でしょうか？ または、外部サービスを利用する必要がありますでしょうか？

CLOVAを使ってChatbot、SwitcherAPIで対話相手を切り替えて有人対応ができることは「LINE社員を支えるLINE CAREの裏側（BOTを入れてみた話）」の記事を見て確認したのですが、SwitcherAPIのドキュメントが見つからず、どなたかご存知の方がいらしたらご教示いただければ幸いでございます。

Hello, I am very glad to share to all of you that my experance with Line DC is best, in previous days i am using VRV https://techlarapoint.com/vrv-premium-apk/ for making Animation but the animation feature of Line is best.

僕も気になっています。どうやってもDeveloper　AccountにSwitcher　APIのモジュールが出てこないです。LINEのサポートに聞けるとありがたいですが、方法はないのでしょうか？
