hmm... is this related to the priority of rich menu...? https://developers.line.biz/en/reference/messaging-api/#set-default-rich-menu document says rich menu is set by the following order. if you applied per-user rich menu, you can't set defaut rich menu even if you apply new default rich menu.
- The per-user rich menu set with the Messaging API
- The default rich menu set with the Messaging API
- The default rich menu set with LINE Official Account Manager
Rich menu from customer device's not update. If I don't want to talking to all customer to clear cache evertime when I updates data. How could I ? (I guess, problem about cache?)
