Line messaging API mentioning

Question

Currently, Is there is any way that line messaging api can mention the user?. Can they mention by userId? 

I have try replying the user by '@<displayName>' however, they returned as a plain text.

Check the mention-object in the api. 

it's documented for webhooks, bssically the mentions are attached to messages like emojis. 

Might be possible to attach these objects for outgoing messages as well.

no. I can't find any document. (however, at present we can get only user name via profile api.)
