Messaging API questions

• We need to send messages to users using their phone number, these users are not friends with the channel official line account. • Can they confirm that the only way to use the Audience API is to become a technical partner テクニカルパートナーにならないとAudience APIは見る（参照する）事は出来ないのでしょうか。

• Are there any limitations on the number of messages sent from this API per month 月にメッセージを送る数の制限はありますでしょうか。

• If we become a partner, is it the developer account that gets verified. Can we create more than one channel (a channel is what we set up in last meeting). If we create more than one channel, will we be able to call the Audience API on every channel we create? テクニカルパートナーニアなったら複数のチャンネルを複数作ることは出来るのでしょうか。 複数のチャネルはそれぞれAudience APIを呼び出すことは出来るのでしょうか。
