1.Click to Start 2.frist question when reply it send data => 'question1=answer' to webhook 3.second.question when reply it send data => 'question1=answer&question2=answer2' 4.third question when reply it send data => 'question1=answer&question2=answer2&question3=answer3'

you can store the answer for the question in your database like MySQL. Or, you can use short expressions like q1=b&q2=c&q3=a .
