I would like to create a message that contains a multiple choice question, such as provided by LINE surveys. Is that possible using the messaging API? So far I can't find any information
I don't think we can. You need create simple web application or LIFF to show multiple choice question. Or, you can use postback action to show multiple choices(I use) https://developers.line.biz/en/reference/messaging-api/#action-objects .
