Member specific line bot for authorized user

Hi guys, I’m trying to build a line bot which  provide informations for specific  members.

For security reasons, is there any way I can filter all users, and only authorized/ qualified user could see contents in the  line bot including rich menu, and post.

Since the userId can be obtained from the webhook object, it is possible to implement it so that various APIs are executed only in the case of webhooks from authenticated users.
