Can't play video message sent by Line bot, need to download it before it can be played

Hi,

Recently I encountered an issue, when I send video message using bot, the video can't be played directly. I need to download it to my device first before it can be played. I'm using Google Cloud Storage as source of my video files. Does anyone know what could I do wrong?

As for confirmation, does the format of the video file comply with the following specifications? https://developers.line.biz/en/reference/messaging-api/#video-message What is the client version and OS? Does "can't played" mean that you can't play video by pressing the play button?
