Need to know about this API/Services.

Hi, I am a laravel developer and use Line API for developing marketing channel but I am not able to find the answeres of my questions.

Can users send messages from our admin panel like manychat has for facebook? Can we show message history for users? Can we show user’s friend list in our admin panel? What is use of LINE Login API ? Means which functionlities we can use from Line after we get accesstoken from line login?
