[LINE OFFICIAL ACCOUNT] How to use commands / Rich menu to send the sender location

First of all , I have plan to do the Line OA for volunteer like one tap emergency to send to the receiver or officer who are admin this official account

My plan is One Tap on rich menu --> Send the sender location --> Officer ( admin ) Receive

But normally , we expand menu and tap on location right? are there anyways to connect rich menu with it ?

one more question , can Line OA can do a register system ? and seperate people in group tag by automatically
