long-lived channel access token expired(2) , issue by the Console

I'm using a long-lived channel access token issued by the Console but when I was sending push/reply message, I got and http status code 401 Unauthorized error I've also tried short-lived channel access token, but run into same problem "And this error occurs on specific ChannelID" which works fine before 2/4/2020
