How to request camera permission through LINE Bot?

I'm new to LINE developer program and I want to access camera through a LINE Bot I created. But by default, the camera access is denied inside LINE app, how can I make a request to access or any other method to allow permission for camera and also is it possible to open camera through LIFF inside LINE ?
