Messaging API settings not showing in LINE@ Manager

I created a Line@ account, but when i go to the account and clickon Settings from sidebar menu. It is not showing Messeging API settings option

can anyone give me idea what is wrong?

please try access url directly https://admin-official.line.me/YOUR_ACCOUNT_ID/bot-api/setting

I tried with the URL and does not work. Now. I have Premium ID and Line@ Paid Plan but could not setup Messaging API (Webhook)

Any body can help? Please.
